HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

We aim to get your order to you as soon as possible. All domestic orders placed before 1pm AEST for in-stock items will be dispatched on the same day with our courier partner TNT Express or Sendle.

To ensure secure delivery, all parcels must be signed for upon receipt. If you don't expect to be home during normal business hours, please choose a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel.

 

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING USUALLY COST?

We use TNT Express & Sendle to offer you fast and secure shipping Australia wide. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at check-out and are based on the size of your order and the shipping service you select at check-out.

 

CAN I SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES? 

Yes. During checkout you will be given the option to select multiple addresses for separate items if you so wish.

 

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

Yes. We can arrange to have your order sent to most addresses outside Australia with FedEx and DHL. Please kindly contact us via email before proceeding with an order so that we can quickly arrange a custom shipping quotation for your needs.

Any additional taxes or duties applied by customs at the destination country are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. Please note in accordance with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable merchandise and are prohibited by law from identifying an order as a gift for export purposes. Your local customs office will be able to assist you any further information regarding taxes, duties and customs that may be applicable.
