HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

We aim to get your order to you as soon as possible. All domestic orders placed before 1pm AEST for in-stock items will be dispatched on the same day with our courier partner TNT Express.

To ensure secure delivery, all parcels must be signed for upon receipt. If you don't expect to be home during normal business hours, please choose a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel.

 

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING USUALLY COST?

We use TNT Express to offer you fast and secure shipping Australia wide. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at check-out and are based on the size of your order and the shipping service you select at check-out.

 

WHICH SHIPPING SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?

To suit your particular needs we offer two types of shipping services with TNT Express at check-out:

Road Express - TNT Road transit times usually 1-5 business days Australia wide

Overnight Express - TNT Air transit times usually 1-2 business days Australia wide.

If you need a particular shipment before a specific time of day (i.e. 9am, Noon) please contact us and we will be happy to assist in booking this for you at an additional cost.

 

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Once your order is shipped you receive a confirmation email from Interbyte which will include your TNT consignment number. You can track the progress of you order by visiting www.tnt.com.au and entering your consignment number. If you are unable to locate your consignment number, or if you have any questions about your shipped order please call us on 02 9481 8678 Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm AEST or email us sales@interbyte.com.au so that we can assist you with your enquiry.

 

CAN I SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES? 

Yes. During checkout you will be given the option to select multiple addresses for separate items if you so wish.

 

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

Yes. We can arrange to have your order sent to most addresses outside Australia with FedEx and DHL. Please kindly contact us via email before proceeding with an order so that we can quickly arrange a custom shipping quotation for your needs.

Any additional taxes or duties applied by customs at the destination country are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. Please note in accordance with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable merchandise and are prohibited by law from identifying an order as a gift for export purposes. Your local customs office will be able to assist you any further information regarding taxes, duties and customs that may be applicable.
