RETURNS AND WARRANTIES
WHAT CAN BE RETURNED?
Products sold by Interbyte are tested in our workshop and shipped out with the upmost care. However if you do find that any product from your order part is not working or damamged please contact us and we would be happy to assist. We can arrange to have a replacement part sent out to you or issue a refund on return of the faulty item.
WHEN DO THE ITEMS NEED TO BE RETURNED BY?
Please note that we will need to be contacted within 14 working days after the order has been dispatched to you.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Just send as an email detailing your Invoice Number, the Part Number and Serial Number of the faulty item along with a short description regarding the problem and we will send you RMA documentation which will outline how to return the goods to us.
WHERE DO I NEED TO RETURN ITEMS TO?
Once you have been issued with an RMA please send all goods to:

Please make sure to return items in the same packaging that the item was sent out in.
WHAT WARRANTIES APPLY TO GOODS SOLD?
All refurbished products sold by us carry our 30 day Interbyte warranty. If the product is retail sealed usually the balance of the manufacturer’s warranty applies in addition to our Interbyte warranty.
